Foreman Painter - Davis

Midway Painting Company is looking for an experienced lead painter who can help us manage the quality of our paint jobs. As a Foreman Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of painters, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

• Supervise and lead a team of painters, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure that all painting projects are completed according to specifications and meet quality standards
• Coordinate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
• Manage and maintain painting equipment and supplies
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations on job sites

• Proven experience as a painter, with at least 4 years of experience in a lead role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
