Day and evening shifts (8AM–12AM). Overnight shifts (12AM–8AM) paid at standard rate. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses.
Requirements:- High school diploma/GED
- valid driver’s license (3+ years)
- reliable vehicle/insurance
- background check/drug test (paid by Compass)
- CPR/First Aid before hire (paid by Compass)
Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs.
