Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaking)
LocationSantos, Lisbon – Portugal
Work Model & Start DatesOn-site. Start Dates: 2 February 2026 | 16 February 2026
ScheduleRotative shifts, Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00
Job DescriptionWe are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team in Santos (Lisbon). The role involves providing customer support.
Requirements- Dutch (fluent/native level)
- English at least B2 level
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work rotating shifts
- Base salary: €1,400 gross (no experience required)
- Possible signing bonus up to €2,500 (gross)
- Full-time contract
- Paid training
- Support with NIF and NISS
- Assistance in finding accommodation
- Relocation bonus: €2,500 gross (paid with first payroll)
- €1,500 gross for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km+ from Lisbon)
- EU Residence Card
- Certificate of Protection (issued after March 2022)
