Verantwortlichkeiten- Betreuung eines zugeteilten Immobilienportfolios (Miet- und STWEG-Objekte)
- Vorbereitung von Sitzungen inkl.
Protokollführung - Organisation und Abstimmung von Sanierungs- und Unterhaltsarbeiten
- Koordination mit Handwerkern/Mietern
- Weitere administrative Aufgaben
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung zum Immobilienbewirtschafter mit eidg. FA oder in Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Kompetente Person mit Organisationstalent
Ein Homeoffice-Anteil von 20 % ist möglich.
