Front Of House Team Member

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team.

As the face of Infinity Fitness, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting our members, assisting with memberships, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.

* Manage reception duties, enquiries and membership administration.

* Prepare and serve drinks within the Infinity Fitness Lounge.

* Promote memberships, classes and additional gym services.

* Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception and café environment.

What We're Looking For

* A positive, friendly and professional attitude.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Strong organisation and attention to detail.

* Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

* Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable; barista experience is a bonus but not essential.
