A welcoming SEND school in Dawlish is seeking a dedicated 1:1 specialist Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with complex needs. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:45am–3:45pm. Responsibilities include providing individual support, assisting with emotional regulation, and building trusting relationships. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, adaptable, and experienced in working with SEND children, ensuring clear communication and maintaining routines.
