- Deliver high-quality,tailored teaching to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities

- Plan andadapt lessons to meet individual learning needs, ensuring all pupils can accessa broad and balanced curriculum
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support colleagues, families and external professionals
- Contribute to creating a positive learning environment where all students feel valued
- Take partin wider school life, including enrichment activities and opportunities
