Potens Group, Oakleigh in Dawlish, is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults with learning difficulties, mental health needs, autism, and challenging behaviours.
You will support residents with daily activities, meals, shopping, and community access, across 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm shifts.
Sponsorship is not available for this role. We offer a contributory pension, learning and development opportunities (NVQ levels 2–5 in Health & Social Care), and exclusive employee benefits.
