You will play a key role in ensuring that our facilities services consistently meet NHS standards, statutory requirements, and Trust policies, supporting both patient care and staff wellbeing.

• Has experience supervising facilities services, ideally within healthcare or a similar regulated environme
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of cleaning standards, food hygiene regulations, waste management, and pest control practic

• Supervise and support facilities staff across cleaning, catering, waste, and pest control ser
• vices.
  
  Monitor and improve standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with NHS and CQC require
• ments.
  
  Ensure food safety compliance, including monitoring HACCP procedures and maintaining accurate document
• ation.
  
  Oversee waste segregation, storage, and disposal in accordance with environmental and health regula
• tions.
  
  Coordinate pest control measures and preventative maintenance progr
• ammes.
  
  Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assurance c
• hecks.
  
  Support recruitment, training, and performance management of facilities
• staff.
  
  Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improv
