Sales Negotiator - Private house builder

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator seeking an opportunity to sell a high-quality product on a premium development? Our client, a reputable luxury house builder, is looking to appoint a Sales Negotiator to represent their brand on a busy and well-established site near Dawlish. This is a full-time, permanent position based within an on-site sales and marketing suite.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive yet high-performing environment. With a strong land pipeline in the area, the company offers long-term career stability and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting prospective buyers in the marketing suite
  • Registering customer details and qualifying their requirements
  • Responding to and managing incoming enquiries
  • Conducting property viewings and presenting product information
  • Guiding customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to legal completion
  • Maintaining high presentation standards in the sales suite
  • Delivering a 5-star customer experience throughout the buying journey
  • Liaising with the Sales Manager and wider team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales with a house builder
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to close sales effectively
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
