The Special Partnership Trust is seeking a Family Liaison Officer to be the main contact for parents and carers, helping attendance, welfare and wellbeing. You will work closely with pupils, families, school colleagues and external agencies to promote positive relationships and ensure effective support.
You will coordinate Early Help, lead referrals where appropriate, and organise parent engagement activities, including home visits and meetings with families.
