Lead Exam Invigilator

Coordinate exam invigilation for Northern Lights College using scheduling, communication, and record-keeping skills in Dawson Creek or Fort St. John, BC.

The Lead Invigilator coordinates and participates in examination services for campuses and external agencies. You will schedule examinations, arrange accommodated exams, and support budget oversight. The work includes training invigilators, maintaining statistics, and improving procedures.

• Coordinate and participate in exam invigilation services
• Schedule examinations for Dawson Creek and Fort St. John
• Arrange accommodated exams with instructors and Accessibility Services
• Train and support invigilators across examination services
• Maintain records and monitor invigilation revenues and expenditures

• Scheduling experience with multiple time-sensitive priorities
• Proficiency with the current version of Microsoft Office
• Examination invigilation experience following established guidelines
• Confidentiality, test security, and accurate documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
