Northern Health is seeking an Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner for Dawson Creek and District Hospital. You will assess CTAS 1–5 patients and contribute to team-based emergency medicine. The work includes Power Chart or paper documentation, consultation with health professionals, and adaptable practice in complex situations.

• Manage emergency presentations across CTAS levels 1–5
• Collaborate with emergency physicians and department nurses
• Contribute to team-based emergency medicine
• Utilize Power Chart or paper-based documentation
• Engage virtual services for emergency care delivery

• Hold a BCCNM-approved master’s nurse practitioner education
• Qualify for registration with BCCNM
• Communicate with patients, families, and care teams
• Critically assess research literature and determine best practices
• Self-direct and adapt with other professionals
