Store Operations Leader

• Operate the store during management absences
• Handle key holding, opening, and closing duties
• Oversee staff completing restocking and inventory activities
• Maintain store upkeep, cleanliness, pricing, and signing
• Help customers locate products quickly and easily

• Minimum six months of retail experience
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience of six months
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
