Join the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation as a Policy Coordinator and help shape impactful policy frameworks. You will conduct research and provide analytical support to the Executive Office.

As the Policy Coordinator, your work will directly inform the development of policies s role requires a strong foundation in Indigenous governance and legislative analysis, positioning you as a key player in community-driven programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of community-informed policies

• Conduct and analyze governance research and trends

• Collaborate with various departments for policy alignment

• Develop program updates for citizen communication

• Manage budgets associated with policy projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in political science or a related discipline

• 3-5 years of policy or program experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe

• Knowledge of Indigenous governance agreements an asset

• Experience in organizing virtual stakeholder meetings
