Summary
The Selling Supervisor supports store leadership by executing plans that drive profitable business, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. This role coaches the sales team, monitors performance metrics, and helps deliver a consistent brand experience.
Responsibilities- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering collaboration and providing feedback.
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, and execute strategies to achieve goals.
- Sell, implement clienteling strategies, and support customer concerns and sales events.
- Support store merchandising, inventory control, training, recruitment, and daily cash operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Retail supervisory experience or experience in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, business acumen, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
