Provides personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales goals and store standards. Shares knowledge of fashion, styling, products, and customer offerings while contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
- Assist customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs and offerings.
- Maintain store standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
