Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth daily operations in a retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, customer service, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, inspect deliveries, apply tags and sensors, and maintain accurate inventory through RFID scans.
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store transfers, replenishment activities, and stockroom organization.
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when working on the sales floor.
• Process transactions and maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with store teams and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to maneuver throughout the store, lift or climb up to 30 pounds, and work around chemicals.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts; travel may be required.
