Construction Project Manager – Konik

Dayton, MN | Direct Hire | $100k – $125k

Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This position offers strong benefits, bonus potential, and a company vehicle allowance.

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from handoff through closeout.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Lead estimating, bid procurement, and project buyout activities.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and forecasts.
• Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and related documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present reporting, including forecast at completion.
• Ensure smooth and timely project closeout processes.

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, procurement, contracts, and scheduling.
• Experience leading subcontractor and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and reporting effectively.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
