What You'll Do as a Materials Coordinator:

Maintain accurate inventory visibility and material tracking throughout the facility

Monitor material locations, quantities, and staging statuses

Coordinate material movement to support production schedules

Identify and communicate material shortages that may impact operations

Work closely with Production and other departments to ensure material readiness

Assist with inventory audits and inventory control processes

Support receiving, staging, and shipping activities as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Materials Coordinator Role:

Previous inventory, materials, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively with production and operations teams

Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems preferred

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical duties throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
