1st Shift | Monday–Friday Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Materials Coordinator for a thermal solutions manufacturing company in Dayton, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure materials are available, accurately tracked, and ready to support production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Maintain accurate inventory visibility and material tracking throughout the facility
• Monitor material locations, quantities, and staging status
• Coordinate material movement to support production schedules
• Identify and communicate material shortages that could impact operations
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to ensure materials are ready when needed
• Assist with inventory audits and inventory control processes
• Support receiving, staging, and shipping activities as needed

• Previous inventory, materials, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with production and operations teams
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory tracking systems preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical duties throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation to Dayton, MN
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
