Senior Tax Associate

Our client is a midsize IPA Top 200 public accounting firm with 55+ years in business, 225 employees, and 40 tax professionals in Dayton. The firm is known for its flexible culture, professional growth, and community involvement. The firm is located downtown in walking distance to great restaurants, theaters, and museums. Our team has had long-standing success placing Tax Seniors and Tax Management CPAs with this firm.

JOB:

In this role, Tax Seniors build relationships with high-profile clients across various industries, providing tax advice and reviewing returns prepared by top-tier Tax Associates. They focus on solving complex issues and have the potential to travel to client sites and other office locations, but most clients are within the tri-state area and the Indianapolis office is the furthest office location. The position offers a base salary of $75K-$105K, along with a senior mentorship program for career guidance and goal setting.
