Position: Senior Tax Accountant – CPA or EA license (or on path/willing to obtain)

Location: Dayton, OH (On-site)

Salary: $75k-$100k (DOE) base + discretionary bonus + employer paid benefits

• CPA or EA license (Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, must be on path to or willing to obtain CPA/ or EA)
• 2+ years of tax or public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-centric environment
