Accounting Analyst
Duration
: 6+ months (Opportunity for extension/FTE)
- Excel – primary usage for organizing data and preparing journal entries
- Detail-oriented – focus on transactional level review, less high level overview
- Flexible – support 4 distinct business areas and switch between them daily

First phone screen, then in-person meeting
Responsibilities
:
- Assist accounting associates with maintaining accounts and records in various general and/or cost accounting functions.
- Collect and analyze financial data, assist with invoicing, monthly status reports and closings.
- Review and verify transactions and journal entries.
- Ensure procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley initiatives.
- Hold a degree in related fields of study or equivalent experience.
