Responsibilities- Responsible for assisting accounting associated with maintaining accounts and records in various general and/or cost accounting functions.
- Collect and analyze financial data, assist with invoicing, monthly status reports and closings.
- Review and verify transactions and journal entries.
- Ensure procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley initiatives.
- Excel – this position will primarily use Excel to assist with organizing data and preparing journal entries.
- Detail oriented – this position involves reviewing lines of transactions at a detailed transactional level.
- Flexible – must support four separate and distinct business areas and switch between them throughout a normal workday.
- 8+ years’ experience.
Pay: $31.44 per hour (weekly paycheck).
Shift: Onsite – Dayton, OH 45424‑1013, United States – Mon‑Fri, business hours: 8‑5, 8:30‑5:30, and/or 9‑6.
