Financial Project Manager

Description

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for a CPA with Manufacturing industry experience to assist with a client project in Dayton, OH. Project entails a detailed reconciliation of all financial statements for 2025. Client has noticed some discrepancies and tie point mismatches that need to be researched and corrected ahead of their annual financial audit in mid Feb. Ideal candidate will have a CPA and several years of accounting experience at the Controller-level in a Manufacturing environment.

Role is expected to last 6-8 weeks and the work will be performed 100% at the client's location in Dayton, OH.

Requirements

- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting and/or manufacturing industry

- Certified Public Accountant strongly perferred

- Proven expertise in balance sheet account reconciliation and financial statement preparation.

- Problem solving and accounting research skills

- High attention to detail

- Experience working with internal and external auditors
