Sr. Administrative Professional – Dayton, OhioSupport AFRL (Air Force Research Laboratory) Science & Technology Advisory & Assistance for RQ (STAARQ).
Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $63,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Signature Package Management.
- Reviews for completeness, requests changes as necessary.
- Uploads to appropriate H drive folder for FOG member signature.
- Returns signed documents/packages to requester.
- Actively participates with management to identify requirements.
- Provides suggestions on and completes detailed protocol planning.
- Executes protocol activities logistics, such as parking, conference rooms, IT & facilities support, meals/refreshments, etc.
- Coordinates requirements/plans with HHQ on visits involving HHQ DVs.
- Coordinates with Corporate Communications personnel on requirements associated with tours, corporate-level meetings, etc.
- Coordinates support needed from Facilities personnel.
- Anticipates/develops alternative courses of action and resolves issues in real time.
- Director's Call Management.
- Plans/schedules recurring Director's Calls.
- Works with FOG to develop agenda.
- Sends Outlook meeting invite to workforce.
- Manages briefing material.
- Facilitates/orchestrates Director's Calls event.
- RQ Staff Meetings Management.
- Works with FOG to develop agenda.
- Secures location and other logistics.
- Sends Outlook meeting invite/updates to attendees.
- Manages briefing/meeting material.
- Facilitates/orchestrates RQ Staff Meetings.
- 10 years administrative experience
- Previous AFRL experience
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
