The position coordinates for assigned providers, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with the Administrative Manager and peers. It also covers for other coordinators and supports the prior authorization process for procedures.
Hours are 40 per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a focus on organization, problem solving, and interpersonal communication.
