Germain Ford of Beavercreek is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Beavercreek, OH, paying $35-$45 per flagged hour with weekly pay. This is an opportunity for a technician with solid general repair skills who wants consistent vehicle volume, paid training, and room to continue developing diagnostic abilities. Germain Motor Company is a family-owned business established in 1947, and this location offers a new, heated and air-conditioned 41-bay facility with experienced technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive maintenance and repair
• Diagnose mechanical concerns and identify needed repairs
• Assist with electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance and repair needs
• Complete assigned repair work efficiently and accurately
• Communicate inspection and repair findings with Service Advisors
• Follow dealership repair and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• B-Level automotive repair capabilities
• Hands-on automotive technician experience
• Ability to perform maintenance and general automotive repairs independently
• Developing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Own set of technician tools
• Attention to detail and repair quality
• Willingness to learn dealership systems and processes

Domestic vehicle experience, Ford experience, dealership experience, ASE certifications, and DVI experience are preferred but not required. Technicians with independent repair shop backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
