Fuller Ford is adding an experienced Collision Repair Technician to our Cincinnati Collision Center. We're looking for someone who already has a solid background in auto body repair and can take ownership of their work from teardown through final reassembly. The right technician should be comfortable working independently while still being a dependable member of a larger repair team.
Our shop handles a high volume of Ford Transit and Super Duty repairs
, including larger vehicles and aluminum bodywork. Experience with these types of repairs is highly valuable, and technicians should be prepared to work on larger vehicles on a regular basis.
- Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Consistent repair volume
- High concentration of Transit and Super Duty work
- Professional dealership Collision Center
- Strong support from parts and dealership staff
- Restore collision-damaged vehicles to proper fit, finish, and structural condition
- Perform body repairs on cars, trucks, vans, and larger Ford vehicles
- Complete aluminum body repairs on applicable vehicles
- Remove and replace damaged panels, body components, and related parts
- Perform structural, frame, and unibody repairs as required
- Tear down vehicles to identify hidden damage and properly reassemble them after repairs
Perform MIG welding, metal repair, and aluminum repair as needed - Follow OEM repair procedures, specifications, and recommended repair methods
- Coordinate with estimators, painters, Parts personnel, and other technicians throughout the repair process
- Check completed repairs for proper alignment, fit, operation, and overall quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all shop safety procedures
- Previous professional experience in collision repair or automotive body work
- Strong understanding of modern collision repair methods and procedures
- Experience repairing larger vehicles, aluminum components, or Ford Transit/Super Duty models is a plus
- Able to perform quality repairs with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and willing to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- I-CAR training or certification is preferred
