• Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Interact face‑to‑face with customers, delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units.
• Work independently and on a team to rent spaces, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments using the POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.

• Perform daily walks of the property, clean units, and operate storage doors (up to 50 lb).
• Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning storage units, and carrying out light maintenance activities.
• Ensure the storage facility remains clean and safe, meeting company guidelines for restrooms, landscaping, parking, and structural elements.

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays; valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation is required.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder as needed.

Hourly rate: $16.28 - $17.64, depending on experience.
