The Program Associate role is a part-time position and plays an important part on the Victory Project team by offering support and assistance across all daily program activities. Work hours will vary, but will generally be up to 20 hours per week during peak programming time, 4pm-8pm, Monday through Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide a safe and consistent environment
- Assist Program Directors in facilitating daily program activities, including life skills, tutoring, Bible Study, as well as recreational activities
- Provide supervision of students in the building
- Greet and assist visitors
- Provide polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Cover for Program Directors as required in the event of their absence
- Assist in additional projects as assigned
- Education in social services, business, or biblical studies preferred but optional
- Work experience that succeeds at VP includes sales, prior military, teachers, pastoral, retail, and law enforcement
- Experience working with youth is preferred but optional
- Computer skills, including Google and Microsoft Suites
- Presentation skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
- Strong critical thinking and listening skills
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a relationship with Christ with demonstrated Christian principles
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Typical work hours are Monday – Friday, 4 pm – 8 pm
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods
- Visits in the community, including residences and schools, are required
- Must be able to pass a background check, be insurable to drive, and pass drug testing
- Starting pay is $315 per week
- Salary increases to $340 per week upon successful completion of 60 day probation period
