Roofing Field Supervisor

, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor in the greater Dayton area.

The pay range is $26/hr – $32/hr, based on experience.

Supervise a large‑scale new construction project involving multiple roofing systems, manage multiple subcontractor crews, and work closely with the General Contractor to ensure schedule adherence and properly document any changes in scope. Coordinate with the Operations Manager and the Project Manager, schedule job‑site deliveries, attend all job‑site meetings, and maintain a safe job site in accordance with the Centi Mark safety plan and the General Contractor’s safety plan.

Effective written and spoken communication is essential.

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
• Knowledge of commercial roofing assemblies
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, out‑of‑town travel, and overtime as needed
