VA PH is seeking a Roofing Estimator with strong experience in material takeoffs and cost estimation for roofing and siding projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Plan Swift and capable of working from both architectural drawings and project images. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate estimates for materials and labor.
- Perform detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates for roofing and siding projects using Plan Swift.
- Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and project images to identify materials and quantities.
- Enter and maintain project data using Google Sheets and internal templates.
- Communicate effectively with team members through Whats App and email for project coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned estimating tasks.
