American Trademark Construction Services, Inc. headquartered in Englewood, OH was established in 1995 and identified a specific market in the Midwest. ATCS has concentrated its efforts on providing complete turn‑key construction services in design/build, general contracting, and construction management. As a long‑term business plan, ATCS continues to improve its position as a full‑service construction firm.

The superintendent is the on‑site supervisor, working collaboratively with the project team and owner to successfully deliver a quality project that exceeds all expectations. This position does require travel within Ohio and surrounding states during the weekdays and home on the weekends.

• Assume total responsibility for a quality built project
• Implement and monitor compliance with the corporate safety program
• Coordinate and schedule all job inspections
• Lead and oversee the entire jobsite construction process
• Direct and schedule all subcontractor activities
• Aggressively complete projects on time and under budget
• Monitor the progress, performance, and quality of all subcontractors' work
• Ensures adherence to building plans, specifications, codes, and regulations
• Ensures that the project budget is followed in terms of purchases and labor costs
• Select and qualify subcontractors, vendors, and services for contract consideration
• Organize the jobsite to be safe and efficient
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized jobsite
• Participate in the preparation and updating of the project schedules
• Conduct onsite subcontractor meetings
• Facilitate critical material deliveries and equipment

• Construction experience
• Self‑starter and planner
• Ability to supervise and lead a construction team to a successful completion
• Proficient knowledge of building plan reading
• Site and building layout experience
• Problem‑solving and multitasking is required
• Ability to plan ahead for short and long‑term activities
• Ability to implement a plan and follow through to a successful completion
• Knowledgeable in all trade responsibilities, building products, construction methods
• Resourceful in solving jobsite problems
• Basic math skills to calculate area, volume
• Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, email functions
