Customer Service Rep, Technical Support, HelpDesk/Support
We are looking for talented individuals who have a passion for training and ensuring a high level of customer service! As a Customer Training Professional, you will provide our customers with training on the software solutions that have made us the best in the industry. You will provide them the knowledge they need to utilize our applications in their day-to-day operations.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation and training process.
On the job, classroom training, and online courses. The department has study groups to help with the certification testing.
Requirements- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Finance, Accounting or customer service a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Automotive Dealership Experience preferred but not required
