Maid Right is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will help drive revenue through customer retention, cleaner training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Most of our work is completed Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no evening hours unless requested.

We require some experience for this position, but we will train you on our Maid Right cleaning system that is effective and easy to learn. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work as part of a team, providing relief and support for absences as needed. A valid driver's license is required.

• Train cleaners to operate the Maid Right cleaning systems and ensure they meet our high standards
• Conduct new customer walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work as a team with customer service representatives and cleaning teams to provide exceptional customer service
• Provide relief and support for absences as needed
• Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies
• Participate in customer acquisition activities and lead generation
• Assist in office, as needed.

• Must have some experience in the cleaning industry
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
