Customer Experience Coordinator

• Handle customer service concerns and oversee the repair/resolution process in a timely manner; track within the “Movers Who Care” software and/or Microsoft Excel
• Obtain customer feedback through regular post-move confirmation texts/calls
• Calmly and professionally handle displeased customers, and provide timely feedback
• Verify completion of repairs/resolutions, and provide feedback to ownership
• Daily/Weekly reporting to management
• Maintain system minimum standards in relation to returned surveys
• Respond to all Google reviews
• Contact existing vendors, maintain relationships, and build new ones

• A minimum of two years customer service or other relevant experience is preferred; knowledge of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK or other moving experience is helpful
• Associate's degree or higher is preferred
• Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong decision-making ability

• Must be proficient with the following:
  Excel, Word, Outlook, Google, and other web-based applications
