- Provide exceptional service by answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and processing requests efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer policies and handle policy renewals and changes promptly.
- Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand the procedure and providing necessary documentation support.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers in identifying their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options to ensure comprehensive protection.
- Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to ensure consistent service delivery and resolve customer issues collaboratively.
- Must possess an active Ohio Property & Casualty License.
- Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is advantageous.
