Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Location: Dayton, Ohio 45402
Experience: 6+ months of Customer Service Rep experience

We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are currently working with a bona fide top employer in this market that is looking to add a passionate, energetic, customer service-oriented individual to their team.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include:

• Sell company products to customers via telephone, electronic inquiries, or in person within our office.
• Acts as part of a sales team, supporting other sales staff and production areas.
• Respond to customer inquiries to take orders or upsell orders as well as answer any questions.
• Focus on retaining and growing an existing customer base.
• May be involved in order fulfillment, post-sales, or administrative-related activities.
• Apply understanding of company policies, procedures, and capabilities to resolve complex issues and further address customer needs.
• Shipping/Receiving Inventory (small/light packages)

Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills include:

• Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
• Multitasking skills are strongly needed
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
