We have full‑time, on‑site Leasing Specialist roles based in Dayton and Cincinnati, OH. The Leasing Specialist will handle various responsibilities related to property management, including managing lease agreements, providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, assisting in resident retention strategies, and ensuring lease administration is conducted efficiently and accurately. Day‑to‑day tasks may involve interacting with residents, resolving inquiries or concerns, and ensuring compliance with housing policies and standards.
