Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative – Dayton, OH

Full-Time | On-Site

Prefer your mornings a little slower? Start at 10:30 AM Monday–Thursday. Logan Services is hiring a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative to join our Dayton call center. You'll help homeowners schedule HVAC and plumbing service, answer questions, and make sure they get the help they need. You'll get a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, full-time benefits, and opportunities to grow, without having to start your workday first thing in the morning.

Monday–Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Answer inbound calls from HVAC and plumbing customers.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and internal teams.
• Handle periods of high call volume while maintaining great customer service.
• Work toward individual and team goals related to scheduling, booking, and customer satisfaction.

Experience in any of these areas is a plus:

• Customer service
• Call center or customer support
• Scheduling
• Dispatch
• Reception
• Administrative support
• Hospitality

Don't have HVAC experience? No problem. We'll provide paid training on our industry, systems, and processes.
