Call Center Agent

The Call Center Agent will handle customer calls, answer questions, provide information, and assist with routine service needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating by phone and can maintain a calm, professional approach throughout each conversation.

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
