Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer service activities and help ensure customers receive timely, helpful information. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting others, solving routine problems, and contributing to a positive service environment.

• Assist customers with questions about products, services, and promotions
• Provide accurate information and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Help address routine customer concerns and service requests

• Communicate recurring questions or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable and comfortable working in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple requests professionally
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience is a plus
