As a
Concierge
, you will be the welcoming face of our community, greeting residents and visitors while providing essential assistance. You will handle inquiries, manage emergency situations, and perform various clerical duties, all while ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere.

• Welcoming Environment:Greet residents, visitors, and prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Communication:Handle telephone inquiries effectively and relay calls to the appropriate departments.
• Safety Oversight:Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, ensuring the safety of residents and property.
• Documentation:Maintain visitor logs, document concerns, and report issues to supervisors as needed.
• Package Handling:Receive and deliver packages and other items as requested.
• Emergency Preparedness:Maintain emergency contact information and assist during emergency situations.
• Active Listening:Fully engage with others to understand their needs.
• Effective Communication:Convey information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Service Orientation:Always look for ways to assist residents and guests.
• Attention to Detail:Ensure documentation and procedures are followed accurately.

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
