Your schedule is full from day one. We average about 5 cases a day with capacity to do more, fed by a knowledgeable referral base that sends appropriate, high-quality cases.
Pre-appointment radiographs are screened so non-restorable and non-endo cases never reach your chair, and production is protected
: if a case falls through, patients are swapped in and an active ASAP list fills open chair time. You’ll be fully utilized every clinical day

Your case mix is primarily molar endodontics
, with premolar and anterior cases, and includes:

• Root canal therapy
• Non-surgical retreatments
• Apicoectomies
  , a few per month
• Post-op and emergency care

Patients are mostly adults, with occasional pediatric cases. Case complexity and volume are set to match your comfort and experience.

No marketing, outreach, or referring-doctor introductions required. You focus on clinical care; the practice handles the rest.

You’ll work in a fully digital office with CBCT and digital radiography
