- Option to have a 3 Year partnership track - Earn $300,000 plus as a partner
- Partnership Track:
- Partnership Comp available at Year 2 - Typically 80-100K in bonuses.
- Full Partnership at Year 3

- Sign-on Bonus
- Three weeks of PTO, One Week of Sick, One Week of CME
- Full-time position. 100% Outpatient Clinic Setting
- 20 patients per day - NP/PA Assistance with Patient Volume
- Group emphasizes quality over volume
- Primary role is adult medicine. Group employs pediatricians for child care
- Attend and participate in meetings and organization initiatives
- Shared call between multiple providers
Family / Internal Medicine Physician
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Ability to have an Ohio Medical License
