OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Hospitalist to join our esteemed healthcare team at Miami Valley in Dayton, OH.
Responsibilities About the Team- Provide newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists.
- The team will consist of 2 Pediatric Hospitalists.
- Operate on a round-and-go model with call from home until evening.
- A Pediatric nurse practitioner or Neonatal nurse practitioner will round with the Hospitalist.
- Collaborate with Family medicine residents from Wright State University and participate in resident education.
- Work closely with neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners to provide coordinated care.
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and clinical research projects.
- Exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of Pediatrix providers.

QualificationsBoard-certified Pediatrician.
