Anesthesiologist

Sound Physicians is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join their team in Dayton, Ohio, with opportunities available for both daytime and nocturnist positions. Clinicians will collaborate closely with physicians and CRNAs at Kettering Health Main Campus to deliver exceptional patient care across a diverse surgical case mix. Practice Info

• Close-knit team of physicians and CRNAs at Kettering Health Main Campus
• Case mix includes general, OB, ortho, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, trauma, and GI cases
• 465-bed, not-for-profit hospital

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CRNAs to deliver top-notch care in a 465-bed, not-for-profit hospital
• Enhance the perioperative experience for patients through collaborative teamwork

Compensation

• Expected annual compensation ranges from $540k to $592k
• Quality bonus
• $50k sign-on

Shift & Schedule

• Daytime and nocturnist positions available
• Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts
• Various flexible scheduling options, including W2 or 1099
• Nocturnist position is M - F 12hr shifts

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible anesthesiologists
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours
