Applicants must have knowledge of and experience with preschool‑aged children and hold a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations, and Mercer County Head Start policies.
Responsibilities- Assist preschool‑aged children during the day.
- Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations, and Mercer County Head Start policies.
- Support daily operations during the aide position hours (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of and experience with preschool‑aged children.
